Mechanic / Technician – Wommelgem Region

Your responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and resolving faults and defects in machines and installations
- Performing both corrective and preventive maintenance on mixers, reactors, and filling lines
- Preventive maintenance of the central extraction and filtration system
- General building maintenance: conducting inspection rounds, performing measurements, and carrying out minor adjustments to utilities and infrastructure
- Performing simple facility tasks
- Collaborating with operators and team leaders
- Reporting directly to the senior technician
This is a mechanically oriented position where you will be expected to detect, resolve, and prevent technical issues.

- You have at least 2 years of experience as a technician and demonstrate a mature and responsible work attitude.
- You are hands-on and practically minded – you have two right hands and are eager to put them to use.
- Motivation, flexibility, and a willingness to learn define your approach.
- You take initiative and actively contribute ideas and improvements within the company.
- You provide support to both the production and warehouse departments, depending on operational needs.
- You have a strong focus on quality, safety, and environmental awareness, and uphold these values in your work.
- You speak and understand English fluently, which is essential for effective collaboration and communication.
- A full-time position in day shifts
- Gross salary between €3000 - €3400, depending on experience
- Meal vouchers of €6 per worked day
- Permanent contract after a successful interim period
